Bad Points
Charged me a premium for postage and packing then sent the order 2nd class post
Didn't send all of order after confirming order
Sent incorrect items and then suggested that I had ordered something that wasn't on the website

General Comments
I ordered three nursing bras, two nursing tops and a pack of breast pads. None of the nursing bras I ordered were sent - one was out of stock, two sent were a different style to advertised. When I sent email saying so, they said they didn't even stock what I wanted so didn't understand why I had ordered it - even though I sent them a copy of their own webpage! The one nursing top was out of stock. They charged me the full postage and packing for all items although they didn't send them to me, and although they have replied to my emails, offering me a goodwill gesture of 10% of next order(!), they have not answered my questions in the email I sent them about refunding me for sending back the items that I didn't even order in the first place!
