Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars for service. I had the same experience as the reviewer in Feb 2009. Kept waiting for 30 mins to take the order and we had children under 6. When we queried this there were no apologies just justifications.



The food may be good but the service was so poor. We will not be going back.
