I made an order as a first time customer with la redoute and saw afterwards that I'd overlooked putting in the code that would get me a discount and free return. I phoned and was told to wait till the order was processed and ring again and they would do the discount etc. manually. Rang this morning on reciept of despatch notice and was told this time that too late for the discount and they had no record of the first phone call. Put through to Customer Services who said I should wait for delivery and try to claim discount then. People on phone very polite and nice but victims of poor organisation of La Redoute which is not their fault!
