Good Points
The food was of good quality, and well cooked.

Bad Points
Despite the restaurant being half empty, the service was very slow.
Unfriendly welcome.

General Comments
On arrival at The Cock Inn in Beazley End, despite having booked a table previously by phone, we were totally ignored by the 3 waitresses behind the bar. They were too deep in conversation to notice us standing there. I had to speak up to say we had booked a table, and then we were shown to our seats. Once seated we were asked if we would like some water; still or sparkling? We then waited 20 minutes before being approached by the waitress. We were then asked if we had been told the day's specials, which we had not. We ordered the food, and then one of the meals arrived over 5 minutes before the other two.



We were very disappointed with our visit, and we will not be returning.
