After seeing numerous bad reviews of this vendor after I purchased my contacts, I was ready to contact my credit card company to notify them to file a dispute regarding the charges and have them reverse.. Much to my surprise, I received my contacts approximately 6 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) after I received an email stating that my order was being prepared for shipping. I placed my order on 5 Mar, and got it on 14 Mar, and I live in New York State. I think the only problem I have with this company is their lack of responses when I sent them emails regarding my order. I was always polite and courteous, and I figured that it would only be fair if they did the same and respond back. I see a lot of people complain about their orders not coming to them when the website states specific time frames. In all fairness, these delivery times arent exactly accurate and the fact that international orders must be processed through customs first should be clearly stated, and customs can hold packages for up to 30 days before they can be sent over seas and accepted by the receiving country. I would like to order from this company again, but this time plan my timing a little better. Patience is the key, and not every order is going to go perfectly, even with the most well known companies.
