Update from April 14th 2011), in April webcreationuk asked me to give them another chance and in a guaranteed 60 days would completely sort out my site if I removed the bad reviews, it is now october 5th (174 days later and 114 days late from then and 22 months after I paid) my site still has faults, crashes all the time and even better they said if I paid £120 pm to their SEO they would get traffic to my site, 6 weeks later when no difference someone had only allowed my seo to run for 2 days so they took 2 months money and still a crashed site with no traffic.
Today is 05/10/2011 and guess what, my site still doesnt work 22 months after paying for it and if you ask why, you will have to wait while a guy from India answers your emails when he finally gets around to it.


After parting with all my hard earned cash and had a website that still one year later does not work properly I encountered the worst after sales service you can ever imagine, they couldnt get it right and the launch date was delayed month after month, they never return phone calls and are now even blaming the server, you get a developer in India who has a cut and paste answer to everything "he is working on it, every slight change takes weeks and still no phone calls or emails I have to constantly chase them up with no progress. Had I known what I know now I would never even dream of giving them a single penny. I still have a website that cost over 10 grand that you could buy anywhere for a few hundred quid. DO NOT be fooled by their pre sales patter they might be ok with small sites but do not use this company for anything big.
