Good Points
The XJR is a top bike for every day use its an easy bike to do a 1000km a day.It has good handlebar height which makes riding very easy
Bad Points
Compared to a Suzuki the gearbox is slightly average and the mirrors vibrate when idling
General Comments
I ride about 120km a day on my Yamaha XJR1300 (01), and I love every minute of it.The gearbox is a little cluncky but its OK because the motor pulls hard and well and truly makes up for any bad points.I have trouble getting a lot of km's from the back tyre, but thats my own fault! And if some of you guys complain about the wind at speed buy a bike with a fairing, but don't put a horrible bit of plastic on an XJR !!
