General Comments
I ordered three dresses from La Redoute. They charged me for the goods and dispatched them - but to the wrong address. Three months later, 2 helpline emails that have gone unanswered, 4 calls to their 'helpline', 1 complaint in writing and four sets of further junk mail later - and they have failed to provide a refund, to close my account or offer a written apology.
