General Comments
I wanted to try another game rental Service since Gamefly was taking too long to ship me games at the time (07/08). Gottaplay had the closest distribution offices to PA so I gave them a shot. After I signed up for the service, the site stated any decent or recent games where low availability. Even the games that were available took 3-5days to get from Maryland to PA. Sure they accept your returns quick, but then it takes them days to ship another one out.
After a couple months of so-so service, they suddenly do not report any of the games I sent back as received. Their customer service number was very unhelpful I felt. Calling them at any day/hour they state its open just goes to an automated message it seems for me, to e-mail customer service. I sent them DOZENS of e-mails, and not a single reply yet as far as I am aware, other then automated responses. I canceled my card they had on file because they were charging me for a couple months for no games and unhelpful service!
Now they are sending me e-mails (automated of course) stating that any games -they- lost will cost me $50 each... for old xbox1 and PS2 games that are the only games that are not low availability.
