Good Points
Games are in OK shape

Bad Points
Have been waiting almost 5 months for a single game.
Customer service is not helpful I feel as there is not even a number to call as far as I am aware?

General Comments
Bottom line - I do not feel I got my moneys worth with this company. I could do better by putting $13 under my pillow every month I feel - that way I get a used game in about 3 month (which you get to keep or sell). Therefore I do not recommend GottaPlay.com
