I booked to go to Turkey tomorrow through them, they phoned me the next day and asked for my debit card details again so they could refund £2 which they said they overcharged me (but they did not!)
Then found out they had booked it through Goldtrail, who went into administration yesterday. They did not even inform me of this I had to see it on the news! When I called and asked them for an alternative flight and they said they can not do this unless I pay the full fee again! Even though other travel agents with the same Goldtrail problems are organising free alternative holidays!!! They will not refund it, it has to go through ATOL.
And were very unfriendly on the phone, hard to reach a particular person (i.e. if you were quoted by "Brian" but other staff can not get you in contact with him 5 minutes later!!!)
