“Just excellent!”

Good Points
Staff, both at Bath Travel are the Company Bosses, and Palmair were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. I travelled with a group of eight including a very nervous adult and two young children. The nervous adult was welcomed to the flight deck, both her and her children were looked after brilliantly. Company boss, Peter Bath tries to see off all his passengers from Bournemouth Airport and the personal family touch really added to our holiday. The food was of a good standard and legroom very good for the class of plane.

Bad Points
Can't think of one, the whole experience was a pleasure. Usually the downside of foreign holidays is the airport and flight but Bournemouth Airport is small, friendly and runs to time! What a bonus that is!
Sorry, just thought of one, Palmair doesn't have enough planes or destinations. My husband always wants to book our holidays to wherever Palmair is flying out of Bournemouth, sadly this cuts down our options and I want to travel further, I usually win!
