Got stuck all night at Luton airport after Wizzair failed to let the 20.25 depart at scheduled time on May the 12th. OK, technical problems are a reason to postpone a flight but at least provide service (such as an overnight hotel) or information to the passengers indicating WHEN it eventually will go off. After 2.45 all staff had vacated the airport and as you are not allowed to go back through the security check area that imprisons you in the customs section. Eventually I decided to offload when it was made clear the flight wouldn't depart before 14.00 on the 13th and it took almost 3 hours to get my checked luggage back. Wizzair is in breach of EU legislation 216/2004 by not offering a hotel and I will report them for that.
