BROUGHT two tickets in December for bruno mars .£175 each.As double 8 promises first 10rows only and special delivery at £9.95.iv just received email telling me to down load my tickets ..so why charge me for special delivery.. Also im in row z .how is this the first 10rows..
Not happy as this is not what i payed for ...
