My daughter purchased her prom dress from Millybridal, the dress arrived in a plastic courier bag, no wrapping around the dress, however the dress was very well made. I have no issue with the dress itself. I do however have a massive issue with their customer service or lack of it. the dress was lovely but it did not suit my daughter at all, so I emailed Millybridal for a returns code, I have to date emailed them at least 15 times but still no reply. I am totally disgusted with this company, I do not have the money just to simply buy a new one and this has caused massive problems, especially for my daughter who is so looking forward to her prom. It annoys me to think that these people think it is ok not to bother to reply to customers, but are very happy at taking their hard earned money.
