I ordered a bedframe and a bit later a mattress and asked if the two orders could be linked for a delivery at the same time.
I am very pleased with the service received. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly.
The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is because the two orders I made were not linked on delivery as requested.
However,when I called them to mention it they apologised immediately, we set a new delivery date and they offered to refund the delivery charge on the second order (which they did immediately after I called them to confirm the reception of the second delivery).
Also, the day just after I had placed my first order (the bedframe), there was a special sale on it so I contacted them and they kindly agreed to refund the difference, which quite frankly they weren't obliged to do.
Both delivery teams were nice and although I live on the top floor and the access is not easy they kept their good humour. I even tried to tip the first team only to be told that they cannot accept tips as a company policy and yet I think they did deserve it! (I ordered items with a different company which charged more for delivery and their delivery people were not half as professional and friendly as the argos ones).
I particularly liked that they text you the day before to give you a shorter time frame (2 hours). Also, because I work not too far, I had asked to be called one hour before so that I could come back from work to receive the delivery instead of having to take a whole morning off and on both occasions they mentioned it in the text and did call me an hour before delivery.
I have told all my friends about this great experience and would definitely recommend them.
