Good Points
Very well made and finished. Easy to assemble. The PM4 (the one with the heart monitor) is easily programmed to do exactly the exercise that you want plus there are numerous pre-set exercised. The Model E sits some 6 inches higher off the floor than previous models and I find it easier to get on and off (I am in my 60's so as I get older this may become increasingly important!).
Bad Points
I can't think of a single bad point.
General Comments
This is by far my favourite bit of aerobic equipment because it works more of your body that just about anything else I can think of and there is no impact. (My knees give up when I work the treadmill). I started slowly with 1 minute row, 30 secs rest until I could do 8 reps comfortably., Next session, 2 and 30 secs rest until comfortable with 8 reps, then 3 minutes and so on. Within a week I was happy to row continuously for 25 minutes which is what I now do 3 to 4 times a week. My blood pressure is back down to normal, my resting pulse has reduced by 20 beats per minute, and my pulse recovery is now in excess of 35 beats in 60 secs. All this improvement has happened in just three months! Thank you C2!!
