“We live in Essex, my son broke down half hour outside...”

We live in Essex, my son broke down half hour outside of Lincoln! We're members he's not, they sent a mechanic out to him, the car couldn't be fixed so they towed him back to Uni. Had they of towed him back to Essex they were a couple of hundred cheaper than an independant company. They got a 19yr old out of a sticky situation with a worried mum a lot happier, alright it cost him but we was given a members discount. He now has another car as it was terminal with the old one and had to be scrapped in Lincoln, he is going to take a R-M-Car policy out for himself now.



The 2 people I spoke to on the phone were both very helpful and professional, the mechanic got to my son within and hour of him breaking down and that was with a few lengthy phonecalls involved from our end as his mobile was low on battery.



Luckily haven't had to use them for ourselves yet!
