Card arrived, good limit and account ran fine and paid well on time. Very random call from one of their agents no proof of where he was calling from so I called back to be put through to the card team. Failed security twice, no idea how as I know my own information card has been blocked until I send a form of Id through! What kind of idiotic practice is that! I will not be spending on the card so really just going to pay off and be done with it. They seemed quite decent to start, but this is just stupid! I rhymed off loads of information.. they're loss!!
