left me stranded yesterday declined to assist as they said issue not mechanical but they could give me numbers for local garages. I was on the M6 travelling to a charity. I am female and a pensioner who does not have a mobile phone.A red warning light came on and I managed to get off the motorway into a petrol station. Borrowed a phone to call for assistance.
Because they refused to come out had to contact the dealership​. I asked for a full refund of the annual fee paid which was refused by the horrid female spoken to.
The reason they are cheap is obvious. Considering complaining now to trading standards and returning to the RAC.
