“Don't use a booking agent!”

Had to cancel a flight I booked through Travelup due to health reasons.

They charged a £75 cancellation fee, and the flight itself was only £350.

They said I would recieve a refund of £15.25 (for unused airport taxes), plus a cancellation invoice so I could make an insurance claim. It's been over 5 months and I just remembered I never recieved the refund or invoice (I just had a baby so other more important things have been on my mind).

I have emailed them about this and am awaiting a reply.

Either way, the customer service is not good and the fees they charge are exorbitant. I have learnt an important lesson.. Do not book through an agent! Use agent sites to find cheap flights but then book the tickets through the airline itself.
