The service was both quick and good, and I was able to unlock my phone on the first try. So the service itself is very good and effective. Considering that they just plug my imei into a piece of software and generate an unlock code (that I could get for free from the service provider if I had been the original owner of the phone), however, I feel that the service is over-priced. They are competitively priced with all the other companies that do this sort of thing, though, so I suppose I can't fault them too much for that. This is a $5 service at most, in my opinion, but I guess you have to pay what the market will bear. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.
