Click & collect doesn't work,I was emailed to say my item was in stock and payment taken from my bank account,then I recieved another email as I was driving to collect my item to say I had cancelled the order,when it was b&q Wakefield who had no stock and cancelled it and I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund along with the other 6 customers who ordered the same item.Store management no help,head office customer service even worse.Large company with no customer service skills at all
