“Crazy high prices and bad service”

This company have written themselves a licence to print. As a small business we have finally been bullied into paying over £1000 for 6 bottles of Smokecloak fluid that I found elsewhere on the net for around £35-£50 per bottle.
Constant false alarms result in massive callout charges.
If you must use them, have a contract to cover it all or you will end up crying every time there is a false alarm.
Now moved to small local firm = no false alarms, no outrageous charges, everything covered for the cost of one of ADT's standard callouts, including all the spares and materials.
