I ordered a sofa in August 2016. 10 weeks to deliver, 1st sofa was the wrong one, 2nd sofa was right but took weeks to deliver, to and fro with loaf as company that delivered sofa were incompetent, bashed around my house, couldn't fit the legs, got annoyed at me the customer only to be left with a sofa that wobbled and swayed. Since October last year I have had 2 engineers out to sort the sofa which had a manufacturing fault, have had to wait in for numerous days for delivery of new sofa legs which kept coming incorrectly and generally the customer service don't have a clue whats going on. You can never get hold of anybody and it takes them days to response. After 8 months of trying to resolve this with them, today I was offered a £50 loaf credit voucher, what an insult.
