“Poor Value . False economy ”

Ordered 25 Strawberry plants ....10 dead on delivery! They did replace with another 24 quite quickly. The 'free ' 5 Echinacea all failed to grow.They were very poor on arrival. I ordered 5 Nerine which on arrival looked as if the would not take. They didn;t !!!! I ordered a special Hydrangea ....the 'dead twig ' that arrived has struggled and in 2-3 years might be the same size that I could have bought at a local garden centre...and enjoyed then and there!!!!! I feel I wasted my money. False economy.
