Recently purchased a Canon 5D mk 4 at a huge saving, had concerns about it being an imported model. These concerns were increased when camera developed a fault within only a couple of weeks. Panamoz have been brilliant. Responded to emails extremely quickly, reassured me that they would pay for repairs, instructed me to use reputable repairer (Lehman @ Stoke) and once estimate of repair had been forwarded to them from Lehmans, money was paid into my account within a few hours.
This is service that I have never experienced before, no quibbles, no delays. Brilliant. So glad I chose Panamoz. The person at customer services has been fabulous. Thank you so much.
Panamoz offer 3 yr warranty and in my experience they have fulfilled their end of the bargain.
