“Ideal marketing, but rubbish show”

written by Mayra53 on 30/03/2017

I received a ticket for free and was really looking forward to visiting the show as marketing creates a very good impression and I have never been there before, however I was very disappointed. Organisation- shambles. Tickets advised to use numbered entrances, but only letter entrances were shown outside the building, there was no one even to ask. No plans for the whole show provided except for the food hall, which was overcrowded, low level and way too loud live entertainment. No air extractors at cooking stations, uninspiring and overpriced food/ drinks (a small can of New York disgusting lager £5), the majority of the rest of the show- nothing special, innovative or new- everything readily available in other specialist stores nationwide. I regret wasting my time and paying for travel card. Honestly, I would have more enjoyed visiting Ikea instead.
