“EVEREST: Triple glazing windows & doors experience 2016/17”

Customers be very aware as my experience & customer service that followed (until I complained to the CEO) was appalling. The whole thing took over half a year; I had to chase up repeatedly & didn't get the promised call backs etc. I'm not saying that the windows & doors don't look good now but all the promises & timescales weren't worth the paper they were written on. I came back to Everest & believed their slogan 'Fit the best, fit Everest' but they just didn't live up to it. I have spent a lot of wasted time waiting for jobs & calls that didn't materialise. My health certainly suffered because of the stress. I asked for compensation & was offered £50! My whole house was changed to triple glazed windows & doors so anyone will understand what an insult that offer is.
