“Sofology after sales service”

Helpful, not pushy salesmen. Can't claim prices are best. Seems no room for negotiation but anyway after exhaustive (and exhausting) shopping around, it was the only place that had the chair we wanted. Web site good to do initial choices, but you've got to sit in the actual chair and see the colour choices properly. Prices identical by both routes. Long delivery time quoted, but probably not unique to sofology.
Update...
As usual with Sofology it's everything to do with after sales service that completely lets them down.
At the time of buying they said the long delivery time would be confirmed (and hopefully improved) when the Chinese came back from their new year!!!!
So after a while i chased them for an update. They said they would email China and get back. Needless to say they didn't.
So I contacted them again and still no response.
I'm actually quite inclined to forego my deposit and tell them what they can do with the chair. But they'd probably not read that.
Moral..... the amount we gave as deposit seemed optional, we gave £100. I suggest you offer the least you can get away with.
