packet did not arrive in three days, complain about it, however they say: not our fault because the packet was stop at toll clearing. it where just disc breaks for a bike and so far I understand it they do the hole proses their self.
7 days after the packet was send I got an email from DHL, because it was not clear what the invoice was. the same day I give them the info. took them another 3 days to delivere the packet. 6 working days later then promised. Ttwo days later a invoice for the tax cost that is fine and normal in Norway, however DHL put a 188 NOK fee around 20 Euros on top of it for the cost. the price of the goods was under 350NOK. above 500 they ask even more. normal you pay around 49 NOK at Post Norge. 7 days later later I got a payment warning from DHL that I have to pay. The original invoice was date 8 days before I got the invoice.
Sending mails about the late delivery and the ridicules cost was answered with a standard e-mail with a link to there website. no answer about my complain on the late delivery or about the fast payment warning aether.
I gone try to avoid them the next time if order something on the net.
