“Professional, friendly and efficient service”

Having not travelled for over 20 years, the prospect of 3 nights in Iceland was exciting, but a bit daunting! Booking the trip was amazingly simple and excellent help and advice from the gentleman who took the booking. No pressure on me to make an instant decision. The rest of the booking was carried out by email and everything arrived on time as promised. As an excursion was cancelled, I contacted Fleetway on my return and they promptly refunded this amount with no quibbling. An amazingly good service for a very reasonably priced holiday.
