When i was booking my appointment all was going well,Good communication and all the arrangements were good ,I ordered a car to pick me up from my hotel and took me back which was a good service.I was promised a 10% discount on my final bill which was around $400 New Zealand Dollars when i emailed Dental Departures with mu receipts and they told me im not eligible for the discount they said i hadn't put in a code which i had been sent at the start of the arrangements so i never saw the $400 and never heard from them again , I was very disappointed with them and would not use DD again.It should be in Capital letters saying you have to put in a code to get your discount back instead of small writing as i think a lot of people would miss it and loose the discount.
