“Terrible service ”

The experience I have had with stage coach bus (falcon) has been awful.

A few weeks ago I was waiting in Bristol Cabot circus for a bus, for 2 and a half hours, and none of them turned up. I rang the company and they said the next one isn't until 8 o'clock, despite there being a published timetable online which I assumed buses had to stick to. I emailed and complained about this and was issued a free return journey voucher for my next trip.

So, when I went to use the voucher on my next trip, it was rejected due to it being the mans last day in the company and he wouldn't have time to do the transaction.

Completely unacceptable and terrible service from the falcon bus on numerous occasions.
