“long delays disapointing”

Found one or two staff members very demeaning and quite honestly rather snotty. However there was one staff member on a further visit, patient, kind and considerate. The most important disappointment for me was the amount of time i had to wait for my glasses. I waited over 2 and a half weeks. The explanation was issues with the lab but i soon got fed up with hearing that. Although the premises were clean, modern and comfortable i don't feel it was worth the constant delays for the glasses that i had paid £250 upfront for. My advice is to shop around. My loyalty to this company was not worth it in the end and after 30 years I will be going elsewhere next time
