Horrible Experience with customer service. With such high end designers they need to cater to their customers. I rather pay double and have the customer service that should be expected. They sent me the wrong pair of Christian Louboutin Shoes then I find out they restock my size in my shoes and they never email me. (I was on the waiting list) Now they are out of stock again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The english accent customer service is just a fake. Long Island City idiots more like it.
