“Profit before care”

After being with Vision express Warrington for a year I decided enough was enough.
Everytime I've visited this place I've always felt that I've been an inconvenience the staff are extremely moody and offer the very basic eye care as it's all about maximising profit for this company.
Went in today for a contact lense check and was told it would cost £35 or it would be free if I signed upto the direct debit scheme needless to say I walked out and went back to my old independent opticians shouldn't of left in the first place.
They've also lost my daughters business a thousand pounds over two years
