“Never again. Canadian Affair said we'd be flying Air...”

Never again. Canadian Affair said we'd be flying Air Transat Business class. We ended up going Thomas Cook premium.



When I said that's not fair telling us it was Business class they denied they ever said it! I made a note of who I spoke with at the time and she completely denied it and got extremely defensive and rude about the whole thing.



They seem to have this complaint over and over again and are very good at batting it off, in fact they seemed bored to even discuss it. It's obviously a daily conversation for them!



NEVER EVER book a flight in advance as the times and Aircraft change to suit them, they sell slots and buy cheaper ones as the planes a chartered. They said to me Air Transat have never flown



They over sell the flights anyway so you are 100% guaranteed to get a better deal near to the time of departure! Shocking way of doing business.

I am not bitter about it, as I expect this sort of thing from newish companies who need to make money, but it doesn't make it right and this is just a warning to others.
