“the team at Balham Howdens”

I had a fantastic service from Howdens through my whole kitchen process. I started off not knowing what I wanted, changed the design many many times and the designer's knowledge, professionalism, guidance, patience and cheer kept me going through the whole experience. Dealing with Howdens was extremely positive from the easy parking outside the depot to the warm welcome from the lady at the front desk and the help-yourself-coffee. Due to Howdens being a 'trade' outfit, it certainly helps to have your builder/contractor help navigate you through the pricing and the permanent sale.

Tip -- it's worth doing some research and having an idea of what you're looking for, units to the ceiling, pelmets, modern, gloss/matt, get an idea of how much appliances will cost as Howdens have a limited number of suppliers and found the appliances to be expensive so shopped elsewhere for these.

The kitchen is now in, looks great and though it will never be Balthaup, i'm very happy with the quality for the money and a huge thank you to the designer for guiding me through to the very end and making it a very positive, even enjoyable experience!
