no shuttle service to the terminal, I booked one car but no car left for me

General Comments
My travel agent chose this rental company since it seems this is one of the two companies that open after midnight at San Diego airport. Waited 10 minutes and no shuttle so I called them and they said they are coming but never showed up. A shuttle driver told me that a couple of people on terminal 2 waited the FOX shuttle for over an hour and ended up with another company. He suggested that I could take a cab to the Fox rental office which is close. I took the taxi to the FOX rental office and only found out that they ran out of cars. They guareete to have a car for me THE NEXT DAY. I had no choice but took the taxi to my hotel directly . Fortunately there is a AVIS in my hotel and I got a car from there.
