Good Points
Everything good until I had a problem with the sandals I bought.

Bad Points
I paid $1000 for Christian Loubutin sandals. A strass stone felt off. I didn't even try the sandals on! Still have tags attached and everything.

General Comments
They said they could not replace or refund my item because I don't have the original box. I will NEVER buy at Net-a-Porter nor recommend it to anyone. When you pay that kind of money for a pair of sandals I would expect to last for at least 1 week!!!
