I've now had two time slots for delivery and twice no sofa has arrived due to "low stock". If they don't have enough stock, surely a call a few days before wouldn't be too much to ask? Even a call the day before or on the day? Apparently this is too much to ask and you're just expected to wait around for it. 2 days off work wasted, absolutely pathetic.
