“poor online login”

Dont ever forget your password or user name as it is pretty much impossible to get it back using the recovery options online. I have been trying every combination of my details for about half an hour and still am unable to access it. It is not user friendly and have no idea what part is wrong or if capitalization matters as the rubbish website doesn't indicate what field is incorrect and doesn't show if it is case sensitive.
