“Disaster from the start”

The rental started badly when I was provided the incorrect car, I was 30mins gone from Edinburgh towards Isle of Skye when we got phone call to say we were provided incorrect car.

Then upon return we submitted a query as our car was scheduled to be dropped off a day later than advertised. We paid for an extra day even though we had dropped off car on time.
