“Excellent Customer Service”

Had crossed wires with a funeral date and Lilian Rose handled beautifully, not only did their driver deal with the widow respectfully but they also offered to resend the flowers on the correct date with no extra charge. Not many businesses go that extra mile on customer service now days but this florist is an exception to the rule. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family and they have my business in the future too.
Then to top it all the flowers were beautiful, so much that they took pride of place on the coffin and everyone commented on them and they were a very reasonable price.
