Am afraid I have nothing good to say about this company. In my opinion the claim process is designed to find an excuse not to pay out on claims made. Made a claim for the very first time for a fridge freezer which cut out when having a power cut. Every time we went to plug back in and switch on after that it blew the circuit in main fuse box. Engineer sent out by company to investigate and reported that this was probably done through wear and tear, even though he could not confirm this as every time he tried to switch it on the fuse blew in house fuse box. Didn't even get a tool out of his bag as he couldn't fault find and guessed what the fault might be. An absolute joke, and the company had no problem in hiding behind that report as it meant they didn't have to pay out. Told me that I need to get an independent engineer out to prove it wasn't wear and tear.
As for customer service....no comment as I hate leaving negative comments on reviews so just state the facts.
