We booked our European vacation through Best Travel Store, last year, mainly due to the price beating offer. Also, our friends have used their services for years and were very satisfied. During our vacation my wife had an emergency medical procedure, and we had to prolong our stay for additional treatment and recuperation. BTS service staff was very helpful and understanding, they were able to assist us in commuting our return date with the airline for NO additional charge. Now finally home, we are extremely grateful and is our pleasure to express our satisfaction with Best Travel Store.
