It's despicable that they can still operate giving the extent of unhappy customers.
I purchased a platinum policy which you would think would cover all personal items, until my phone was stolen and then they came back to me saying my iPhone wasn't covered,however if it was my iPad that was stolen that would have been covered!!
If a platinum policy doesn't cover your personal items you can be sure a basic policy is just you hanging over your money and you won't get anything in return!
