“Without hassle car hire”

Excellent staff at Alicante airport at inter-rent who spoke fluent English and were helpful. I had a 3 week hire and needed to have a deposit blocked on my credit car which was not a hassle. Some firms insist on taking out the deposit which is a pain!
I was advised to check the car for scratches/damage which were marked on a diagram at the desk and to photograph any additional damage I spotted. I saw an additional scratch and photographed it on my phone, which I produced on my return.
The car itself was pretty new, I was given a choice of colour. It was a Seat Ibiza and it was economical to run and was a great choice for the two of us. Bearing in mind that this is classed as a super mini - it may not be the best choice for four adults unless they are small.
Alicante airport is well signposted both leaving and returning the car and the multi storey car park in which the cars are parked is connected to the airport by land bridges.
Inter rent said that they would be changing their reception away from Europcar in the coming months so that they would be on the left when leaving arrivals, but no doubt all that will be mentioned for future rentals.
This rental restored my faith in rental cars because I'd had an appalling experience in Belfast city airport on two occasions and began to doubt their choice of rental company
