“ID verification nightmare”

I had a dreadful experience just trying to sign up with their new multi currency card. Even though I produced the requested id documents at the post office counter, I could not activate the card when I got home. The call centre insisted I send scanned copies as well but kept rejecting them because of minor format errors (can't see all four corners, fuzzy picture blah blah...despite also having my DL). After 10 calls I asked for my money back (which they had no problem taking off me during the initial application). Still waiting for the refund.

Oh and the FX rate was a rip off. I got 599 AUD for 400 GBP when the interbank rate was 640. I should have checked properly.
